Hi, I'm Jess!
I didn't create Tight Club because I wanted to build another certification.
I created it because I was frustrated.
Like many practitioners, I entered the wellness industry because I wanted to help people feel better in their bodies and their lives.
But over time, I started noticing a pattern.
Clients were doing all the "right" things.
They were exercising.
They were eating healthier.
They were investing in treatments.
Yet many of them were still struggling.
They felt inflamed.
Stuck.
Exhausted.
Disconnected from their bodies.
And as practitioners, we were often taught to focus on symptoms instead of systems.
I kept asking myself:
What are we missing?
That question led me down a path of studying fascia, lymphatics, nervous system regulation, hormonal health, behavior change, and the deeper connections within the body.
What I discovered changed everything.
I realized transformation doesn't happen because of one treatment, one technique, or one certification.
Transformation happens when we understand how the body works as an interconnected system.
As I began integrating these principles into my work, client outcomes improved dramatically.
People didn't just look different.
They felt different.
They moved differently.
They lived differently.
At the same time, practitioners started asking me questions.

No. The Academy is designed to support both experienced professionals and those entering the industry. Understanding of anatomy and having a bodywork or wellness background is recommended.
